Great Medical Provider & Coaching

I’ve been with Marek Health for over two years and it’s been a great experience. I’m 45, relatively fit, but was experiencing some age related concerns (tired, poor sleep, diminished physical recovery, and stress) but wasn’t interested in TRT. They helped me enhance supplementation through my blood work, peptide therapy, and also helped with a fertility protocol while I was planning to have my first child. My wife is currently pregnant and I’m feeling much better overall than when I first started. My health coach, Rebecca Braden, has been great and is always very responsive! You get what you pay for and I’ve been very happy with their service.

Marek has been a Godsend!!

Marek Health is an altogether different animal than these cookie cutter TRT clinics. I know this from my awful experience with one of them. Onboarding with Marek meant I now get a video conference call every appointment with a doc or your PCC, my OWN treatment plan on a Word document, and a company that works on your entire health needs. I had been on cholesterol meds for 4 years prior to coming to them with high lipid panels still. These guys fixed my cholesterol in 3 months!! They took me off the unnecessary meds the other TRT clinic had me on. They’re continually doing research to see what the best med options are for their patients. I am so thankful I made the switch to Marek Health!

An Excellent Experience with Marek

Marek Health has proved to be a critical asset in not only improving my health but also optimizing it. Since starting with Marek in 2024, it was discovered through my blood work that my cholesterol, metabolic markers, and testosterone were not within the appropriate range. After talking with my provided health coach Garrett Query and doctor Adam Hotchkiss, we established a plan to improve my health and increase my athletic performance. Garrett Query has always made it a point to check on my progress, answer all my questions in a timely fashion, and encourage me to keep excelling. Fast forward to this year (2025), and I have lost 20 lbs, improved my body composition, and increased my powerlifting total, all while seeing significant improvements in all my lagging health markers. I feel great and am excited for the future ahead working with Marek Health and Garrett Query.

Sawyer Newman: All-In regarding my health

My experience with Sawyer Newman as my Marek Health Coach has been outstanding and exceptionally productive. I started with Marek in August of 2024 and at that time my weight was almost 270 and my testosterone very low. My weight is now around 220 to 225 most days, and my testosterone levels are way up. The pain I had in both of my knees has been greatly reduced, and my energy level is high. I credit Sawyer for most of this. In addition to his knowledge of medications and supplements and his thoroughness, it is his personal touch/approach that keeps me motivated and that I appreciate most. When I first started with Marek and with Sawyer, I began to read up on GLP1 medications and wanted to increase / max out my dosage to lose weight fast. Sawyer reigned me in, so to speak and convinced me to take a longer - term approach (that it is a marathon, not a sprint). This proved to be the correct way to go. We talk often and he is always encouraging. He knows my interests such as playing a lot of pickleball and we have some great conversations. I trust him, follow his advice and would recommend him as a Health Coach to anyone who works with Marek.
