Kyzatrex® (Oral Testosterone)Kyzatrex® (Oral Testosterone)

Kyzatrex is an FDA-approved oral testosterone undecanoate using a lipid-based delivery system requiring ingestion with food. Absorbed via intestinal lymphatics, bypassing hepatic first-pass metabolism and avoiding hepatotoxicity of 17-alpha-alkylated oral androgens.

Non-injectable route

Avoids hepatotoxicity via lymphatic absorption

FDA-approved with established safety data

Twice-daily dosing provides stable levels

How it works

Mechanism of action

Absorbed through intestinal lymphatic channels, releasing free testosterone systemically. Peripheral esterases cleave the undecanoate ester to yield free testosterone acting at androgen receptors.
