Raise testosterone without sacrificing fertility.Enclomiphene

Enclomiphene stimulates your body's own testosterone production through the HPG axis, raising T levels while preserving fertility. At Marek, every prescription is preceded by complete labs and reviewed by a partnered licensed medical provider, so eligibility, dose, and monitoring are determined by your data, not a template.

What to expect

Your Enclomiphene timeline.

Weeks 1 to 4

HPG axis activation

If your provider determines you're eligible, treatment typically begins at a standard daily dose. Enclomiphene blocks estrogen feedback at the hypothalamus, increasing LH and FSH release. Endogenous testosterone production begins ramping up.

Months 1 to 2

Testosterone rise

Serum testosterone levels climb. Many clients report improved energy, mood, and focus. First follow-up labs confirm hormonal response and guide any dose adjustment.

Months 2 to 4

Optimization

Testosterone stabilizes. Sperm parameters maintained or improved. Your coach monitors estradiol and SHBG to support a balanced protocol.

Month 4+

Sustained protocol

Ongoing monitoring every 3 to 6 months. Some clients transition to TRT after achieving fertility goals; others maintain enclomiphene long-term, at the provider's discretion.

Take the assessment

45-min intake with your dedicated health coach. A free health-score quiz is available before the paid intake.

Get your labs drawn

Complete lab panel ordered by your provider, drawn at any of 4,000 partnered lab locations nationwide. Results typically return within 14 days.

Provider reviews your results

A licensed medical provider reviews your labs and history to evaluate whether Enclomiphene is appropriate for you. Eligibility and any prescription are determined at the provider's discretion.

If eligible, treatment ships to your door

If your provider prescribes Enclomiphene, it ships from a licensed pharmacy. Your coach supports you through follow-up labs and ongoing monitoring.

The science

How Enclomiphene works.

Enclomiphene is the active trans-isomer of clomiphene citrate, a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). It selectively blocks estrogen receptors at the hypothalamus, removing negative feedback and increasing GnRH pulsatility.

Increased GnRH drives higher LH and FSH release from the pituitary, stimulating both endogenous testosterone production and spermatogenesis. Unlike exogenous TRT, the testes continue producing testosterone naturally, maintaining testicular size and function.

Separating out the trans-isomer (enclomiphene) from the cis-isomer (zuclomiphene, the accumulating estrogenic component in traditional Clomid) is associated with a cleaner side-effect profile.

Considered for: secondary hypogonadism in men wanting to preserve fertilityLow testosterone in men of reproductive agePost-TRT recovery protocolsBridge therapy before exogenous TRT

Eligibility, dosing, and outcomes vary. Any prescription is at the discretion of a partnered licensed medical provider based on your labs and medical history.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Eligibility, dose, and duration are determined by a partnered licensed medical provider based on your complete labs and medical history. A prescription is not guaranteed, your provider may recommend Enclomiphene, a different therapy, or a non-pharmacologic approach.
Enclomiphene is generally considered for men with secondary hypogonadism who want to preserve fertility, avoid injections, or aren't ready for lifelong TRT. It's also used as a bridge, men planning families may use enclomiphene now and transition to TRT later. Your provider determines the best approach based on your labs.
TRT provides exogenous testosterone and typically achieves higher serum levels. Enclomiphene raises testosterone through your body's own production, typically to mid-range levels. TRT suppresses fertility; enclomiphene preserves it. The right choice depends on your goals, age, and lab results.
No. Traditional Clomid (clomiphene citrate) contains two isomers: enclomiphene (the active one) and zuclomiphene (which accumulates and is associated with estrogenic side effects). Enclomiphene alone is generally better tolerated.
Commonly reported side effects include headache, mood changes, and nausea. Less common but serious risks include visual disturbances and rare thromboembolic events. Your provider reviews your history to evaluate whether Enclomiphene is appropriate, and your coach helps monitor symptoms throughout.
Pricing starts with a $299 intake assessment with your dedicated health coach. Lab pricing starts at $450. If your provider determines a prescription is appropriate, medication cost is separate and varies. HSA/FSA eligible.
