Thomas Thornton

Thomas is a multidisciplinary designer with a background in industrial design and biomedical art from the Cleveland Institute of Art. He began his career designing physical products across sporting goods, defense, and medical hardware before expanding into brand, digital products, and healthcare platforms. After first working with Marek Health as an embedded design partner, Thomas grew into a product design leadership role and now serves as Head of Design, where he leads the company’s design team and oversees the creative direction and digital experiences across Marek Health and its related brands.

A longtime advocate for health and fitness, Thomas has spent more than a decade strength training and competing in both bodybuilding and powerlifting. His passion for performance, health, and continuous improvement makes Marek’s mission one that resonates with him personally as well as professionally.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys training, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Maria, and their dog Kona.
