Makaylah Rivera

With a Bachelor's degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and a capstone in Immunology, Makaylah's scientific foundation is robust. She was introduced to patient care in 2018 as an anesthesia technician in the operating room of her local hospital. Her most significant professional experience includes her tenure as a pharmaceutical sales and marketing manager for a compounding pharmacy in Texas, where she built a network of over 200 prescriber offices and collaborated with clinical pharmacists on product development and market research. Makaylah also served as the director of scientific affairs and business development for another telehealth company, handling product sourcing, marketing material development, and prescriber and staff education. Outside of her professional life, Makaylah enjoys spending time with her husband and two golden retrievers at their family ranch in east Texas, where they fish, shoot, and care for their neighbor's cows.
