Refund Policy

All Marek Health web sales are final and non-refundable. The payment collected at booking is a non-refundable deposit toward the provider exam required to receive care from Marek Health. Certain diagnostic products, lab kits, and prescription items cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, opened, or used. Refund eligibility for any other product or service is determined by Marek in its sole discretion in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

Cancellation Policy

Web sales are final and cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed. All Marek Health appointment cancellations without a reschedule request are non-refundable.

Reschedule requests must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment; otherwise, the appointment may be subject to a non-refundable fee of up to fifty dollars (US $50.00). Missed appointments may also be subject to a non-refundable fee of up to fifty dollars (US $50.00).

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, or phone will be processed without penalty.

If Marek Health cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.

Mobile Phlebotomy Services — Cancellation & No-Show Fees

For any mobile phlebotomy appointment scheduled through the Services:

• A non-refundable cancellation fee of up to $50.00 may be charged if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled collection time.
• A $50.00 no-show fee will be charged if you fail to be present at the scheduled collection time or otherwise make the collection impossible.
• These fees will be charged to your card on file and are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
