10 Week Transformation Challenge Ticket

After the 10-week transformation period (Feb 1st, 2025 - April 15th, 2025), the one (1) eligible participant who makes the greatest physical transformation (muscle gain, fat loss, etc.) will win $10,000!

This free ticket is your entry into the 1st Marek Health's Transformation Challenge. Once you check out, you’ll automatically be entered and provided ongoing information on next steps. You must enroll or already be active in Marek Health's Guided Optimization™ to qualify to win the $10,000 prize. After check-out, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to get started, including rules on submitting your before and after photos. We will send you everything you need to transform your health:

  • Official Entry Confirmation: Your ticket secures your place in the challenge.
  • Challenge Updates: Stay informed with email updates and reminders throughout the competition.
  • Exclusive Emails: Access to transformation tips designed to help you succeed.

Participation in the Marek Health Transformation Challenge is free. However, eligibility for the $10,000 grand prize requires enrollment in Guided OptimizationTM, which includes in-depth blood work and personalized treatment recommendations.

How do I sign up for the challenge?

You can secure your spot by claiming your ticket on this page. It's quick and easy! The Marek Health's Transformation Challenge requires participants to be enrolled in Guided Optimization™.

What are the requirements to participate in the challenge?

  1. Be legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older.

  2. Existing clients must maintain Marek Health's Guided Optimization™ program requirements, including biannual provider exams and follow-up lab work.

  3. New clients must enroll in Marek Health's Guided Optimization™ and complete their initial provider exam before entering the challenge.

  4. Employees of Marek Health, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

  5. Submit before and after photos.
